Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain
Limited have made an application under Section 17
of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to South Ribble
Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl
Great Britain Limited, The Cawsey, Penwortham,
PR1 9RG for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption
off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00
Monday to Sunday.
Interested parties (within the meaning of the Act)
may make written representations to South Ribble
Borough Council about this application until
05/06/2024 which should be sent to the following
address: Licensing, South Ribble Borough Council,
Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland, PR25 1DH

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on
