Name and Postal address of Premises: Esquires Coffee, Unit 22 Mermaid Quay, Cardiff, CF10 5BZ.

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises together with the relevant times:

The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday: 11:00 to 02:00

The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of recorded music (indoors): Monday to Sunday: 07:00 to 01:00

The provision of late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors): Monday to Sunday: 23:00 to 02:00

All hours to be increased by one hour on the morning of British Summertime.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 31st May 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
