LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th May 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Chesterfield Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Birdholme, Derby Road, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S40 2EU. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Department, Chesterfield Borough Council, Customer Service Centre, 85 New Square, Chesterfield S40 1AH; chesterfield.licensing@chesterfield.gov.uk no later than the 5th June 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Chesterfield Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
