An application has been made for the grant of a time limited premises licence to allow the following licensable activities to take place at the Kelsall Steam and Vintage Rally on

Friday 21st June 2024 between 18.00 - 24.00
Saturday 22nd June 2024 Between 10am - 1am
Sunday 23rd June 2024 Between 10am - 19.00

Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises
Provision of regulated entertainment to include recorded music and live band.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA or can be viewed online at bit.ly/CWACApplicationsUnderConsultation or via the QR code below. 

The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays. For further information please email licensing@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA no later than 06.06.2024 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited
