What is proposed?

Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Kohinoor Grill & Thrill Ltd have applied to the London Borough of Newham Council for a new premises licence for Kohinoor Grill and Thrill, 386 Barking Road, Plaistow, London E13 8HJ to permit

1) The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 to 00.00 (midnight) Sunday to Thursday & from 23.00 to 02.00 the following day Friday & Saturday;

2) The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 11.00 to 00.00 (midnight) Sunday to Thursday & from 11.00 to 02.00 the following day Friday & Saturday and

3) To allow Non Standard Timings as detailed on the application form.

The address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected during normal business hours is the London Borough of Newham, Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Barking Road, East Ham, London E6 2RP or on the Council's website: www.newham.gov.uk Email: licensing@newham.gov.uk. Any representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by 7th June 2024 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
