What is proposed?

 Licensing Act 2003

We John James Deane and Carla Viladomat, give notice that I/we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate in respect of Pachanga.

The application is to :

change our opening hours to Monday to Sunday 8am to 1am and be able to provide late refreshments until plus live music and the sell of alcohol with the hours of 8am to 00:00.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
