Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Moto Hospitality Limited has
applied to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Marks &
Spencer - Extra Leeds Skelton, Extra - Leeds Skelton Lake
Services, Unit 3, Lakeside Way, M1, J45 Skelton, Leeds,
LS9 0AS. The proposed licensable activities and their hours
are to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the
premises Monday to Sunday 0700 to 2300; opening hours
Monday to Sunday 24 hours a day. Any representations
regarding the above-mentioned application must be
received in writing by email to
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk or by post to
Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall,
Leeds, LS1 1UR no later than 6th June 2024 stating the
grounds for representation. The register of Leeds City
Council and the record of the application may be inspected
at the address of the council, given above, during normal
business hours or on the council’s website -
www.leeds.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
