An application has been made by: Tunbridge Wells Rugby Football Club Limited to vary the premises licence for the premises Tunbridge Wells Rugby Football Club, St Marks Recreation Ground, Frant Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 5LS

On the date of: 10/05/2024

Summary of the proposed licensable activities and the proposed hours of opening: Vary sale of alcohol and opening hours on Sunday only - 10:00 to 22:30

Remove various conditions under annex 3 and replace them with conditions agreed with Kent Police.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Unlimited.
