What is proposed?
Notice of Application in accordance with the licensing act 2003
Applicants Name Lisa Liddle Premises Name Clarence Cafe Bar Premises Address 5 Market Place Hinckley LE10 1NH
I propose to licence these premises for the following activities: Variation to additional hours on Friday and Saturday in relation to playing of recorded music and sales of alcohol proposed times extended by 1 hour.
A copy of the full application (including plans) can be inspected at the office by contacting Licensing.
Representations may not be annonymously and must relate to the four licensing objectives - The prevention of Crime & Disorder, Public Safety, The Prevention of Public Nuisance and the protection of children from harm. All relevant representations received will be included in a report.
This report will be a public document and will be circulated to the parties involved prior to the hearing.

The deadline for representattions is 4th June 2024.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5000.
