NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Malar Retails Ltd has applied for a premises licence to Hull City Council in relation to Malar Retails Ltd, 506 Holderness Road, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU9 3DS to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00hrs – 23:00hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Kingston upon Hull City Council, Licensing Section, 33 Witham Kingston upon Hull HU9 1DB or Email: Liquor@hullcc.gov.uk Such written representation must be received by 06/06/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
