Notice is hereby given that Castle Sports Lounge LTD has applied for a premises licence to Tamworth Borough Council in relation to Castle Sports Lounge, 2/3 Market Street, Tamworth, B79 7LU to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption On the premises Monday to Thursday 10:00hrs – 00:00hrs. Friday to Sunday 10:00hrs – 02:00hrs. Live, Recorded Music and Late Night refreshments Monday to Thursday 23:00hrs – 00:00hrs. Friday to Sunday 23:00hrs to 02:00hrs. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at https://www.tamworth.gov.uk/consultation-licensing Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing, Tamworth Borough Council, Marmion House, Lichfield Street, Tamworth B79 7BZ Such written representation must be received by 30/05/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
