Notice of application on 2nd May 2024 to Mid Sussex District Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence by Rajah Retail Ltd for East Grinstead Food & Wine, 188 London Road, East Grinstead, RH19 1EY to allow sale of alcohol (consumption off the premises) Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 23:00 hours each day. The application may be viewed at the Main Reception, Mid Sussex District Council, Oaklands, Oaklands Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1SS, during normal office hours and online at www.midsussex.gov.uk - search for ‘Licensing Applications received’. Responsible Authorities or other persons may make representation by no later than 30th May 2024.
All representations shall be made in writing to The Licensing Officer at Mid Sussex District Council or by email licensing@midsussex.gov.uk. It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
