We, Tunes in the Dunes Ltd, give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Port Eliot Sessions - Port Eliot House and Gardens, St Germans, Saltash PL12 5ND

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to:

Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin PL31 2FR or email licensing@cornwall. gov.uk not later than 23 May 2024

A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
