What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by W1 Curates Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Islington for a new Premises Licence for 6 - 9 Timber Street, London, EC1Y 0TQ. The application seeks to permit the following:- 1.The sale of alcohol (on sales) from 10:00 until 22:45 Monday to Sunday. 2. The exhibition of film (indoors) from 10:00 until 23:00 Monday to Sunday. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Islington, Islington Town Hall, 222 Upper Street, Islington, London, N1 1XR. (www.islington.gov.uk) A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 27th May 2024.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
