To whom it may concern: We, Bradninch Bowling Club, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at Kensham Avenue, Millway, Bradninch, EX5 4RD and known as Bradninch Bowling Club
The application is to:- change the licence from a Club Premises Certificate to a Premises Licence. Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP not later than the final date on this notice (below).
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: https://www.middevon.gov.uk/business/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
