We Omi Leisure Ltd do hereby serve notice on 4th May 2024 that it is our intention to apply to Eastbourne Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence variation to use or permit the use of premises known as
Joy Bar, 4 Bolton Road, Eastbourne, BN21 3JX
for the following licensable activities:
Sale of Alcohol by Retail –
Extend the hours to 03:00 in ground floor of premises only on Friday’s, Saturday’s, St George’s Day, St.Patrick’s Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, and New
Year’s Eve and any other applicable day preceding a Bank Holiday.
Regulated Entertainment –
Extend the hours of (Live Music and Recorded Music) to 03:00 in ground floor of premises only on Friday’s, Saturday’s, St George’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve and any other applicable day preceding a Bank Holiday
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to licensing@lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk or Licensing
Team, Eastbourne Town Hall, Grove Road, Eastbourne, BN21 4UG no later than midnight on 31st May 2024.
The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
