What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Nando's Chickenland Limited to the Licensing Authority of Winchester City Council for a Premises Licence for Nando's, Unit 1,12-15 High Street,Winchester SO23 9LA.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 1100 and midnight each day and late-night refreshment until midnight each day.

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 9LJ. A responsible authority or any other person can make written represen­tations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 29th May 2024. http://www.winchestergov.uk/.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Appli­cation. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
