To Whom It May Concern

I Sean Murphy do hereby give notice that I have applied to the licensing authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) for the grant of a premises licence at 38 Windsor Road, Penarth CF64 1JJ. Known as Hickman Restaurant.

The application is for Licensable activity Sunday to Thursday 10:00 until 23:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 until 00:30

Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the licensing department, Vale Of Glamorgan Council Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry, CF63 4RU, or by email to licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the civic offices during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
