Asda Express PFS Hall Park, London Road, Berkhamsted - Application for a Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 30th April 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Dacorum Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Hall Park, London Road, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 2NB.  The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00:00 and 00:00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, Dacorum Borough Council, The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP1 1DN or by email to licensing@dacorum.gov.uk no later than the 28th May 2024 stating the grounds for representations.  The register of Dacorum Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above council address during normal office hours or via the licensing authority’s website, at www.dacorum.gov.uk/licensing  It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
