Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Dorking Wanderers FC Ltd has applied to Mole Valley District Council on 2nd MAY 2024 for a new premises licence for The Bank Fanzone, Meadowbank Park, Adj to Meadowbank Football Ground, Mill Lane, Dorking, RH4 1DX.

The proposed application is to permit:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol ON & OFF the premises
Tuesday 18:00 - 23:00hrs;
Saturday 10:00 - 21:00hrs;

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 31st MAY 2024 (28 days from the day after the application is received by the Licensing Department) stating the grounds for making said representation to: Senior Licensing Officer, Mole Valley District Council, Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SJ, or by emailing licensing@molevalley.gov.uk

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.molevalley.gov.uk

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
