NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT WHISKY CIRCLE LTD of Unit No- 13081, Kangaroo Self Storage of 100 Derby Road, Liverpool, L20 1BP has applied to Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council for a premises licence. The licensable activity proposed to be carried on or from the premises are set out as follows: Supply of alcohol, off-sales only, no public access Mon-Sun 00:00-23:59 This application can be inspected in person at the below postal address (weekdays 09.00 to 15.00 by appointment) or on Sefton Council’s Website at www.sefton.gov.uk Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority, Sefton MBC, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than 28/05/2024. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
