Licensing Act 2003: New Grant of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited applied to the London Borough of Haringey on 2 May 2024 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Wingstop, Unit 11B Wood Green Shopping City 110 High Road London N22 6YQ for the provision of: (1) retail sale of alcohol: Sun-Thurs 11:00 to 23:00, Fri-Sat 11:00 to 24:00; and (2) late night refreshment: Fri-Sat 23:00 to 24:00 (3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers. A register of licensing applications can be inspected by contacting Licensing Team at licensing@haringey.gov.uk
Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to Haringey Licensing Team, Level T River Park House, 225 High Road London N22 8HQ or licensing@haringey.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than by 30 May 2024. Copies of all valid representations must include your name and address and will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee, these will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
