TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We, Trading Post
Coffee Roasters (Sussex Limited), do hereby give
notice that, we served an application on Adur &
Worthing Councils, for a new Premises Licence at
the premises known as: Trading Post Coffee
Roasters, 22 Montague Street Worthing BN11 3HA.
A) The application is to allow the following
Licensable activities: The Sale of Alcohol for
consumption on and off the premises – Off Sales
limited to the outside area adjacent to the premises.
B) The application seeks to allow the Sale of
Alcohol to be conducted between the hours of
09:00hrs and 22:00hrs daily.
Any person who desires to make objection to the
said grant should set out, in writing, a brief
statement of the grounds of his/her objection and
send to: The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing
Councils, Portland House, 44 Richmond Road,
Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1HS. Representations
must reach the Licensing Unit no later than the 27th
May 2024. The application may be viewed, in full, at
the above offices between the hours of 9.00am and
4.00pm Monday to Friday and online at the website
below. Information as to the date of hearing to
determine the application may be obtained from
www.adur-worthing.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and the maximum fine for which a person is liable
on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
