Public Notice For An Application To Grant A Premises Licence

We, Maja Corner Ltd, of 70 Springfield Road, Chelmsford CM2 6JY, hereby give notice that we have applied for a New Premises Licence for:

Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from Monday to Saturday between the working hours of 8:00 and 20:00 and Sunday between 9:00 and 19:00.
No other changes are applied for other than those listed above.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford Essex CM1 1JE or by emailing licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk by no later than 28th May 2024. (28 Days after the application is submitted to Licensing)
The full application can be arranged for viewing upon request with the licensing department. 

It’s an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with and application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.
