Notice Of Application For Variation Of A Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs & Bars Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Handbridge, 66 Handbridge, Chester, CH4 7JF. The variation proposed is as follows:- 

1. Extend the opening hours to allow the premises to open daily on the standard and non-standard days at 08:00 hours for the provision of non-licensable activities such as breakfast, coffee & tea etc. 

2. Amend the licensing plan in accordance with the drawing which accompanies the application and to permit the sale of alcohol from an external bar servery. 

3. Remove certain existing Annex 2 conditions. 

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Cheshire West & Chester Council Licensing Authority, Cheshire West and Chester, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk during normal office hours. 

This application was lodged with Cheshire West & Chester Council Licensing Authority on 01/05/2024 and any representations must be made in writing to Cheshire West & Chester Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 29/05/2024.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
