PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO GRANT/VARY* A PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB CERTIFICATE*
THAT WE Joanna Corteen & Susan Radford of Petts Wood Memorial Hall Gardens 200 Petts Wood Road, Petts Wood, Orpington BR5 1LA do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at The London Borough of Bromley for a new Premises Licence submitted on this date: 29 April 2024 Proposed licensable activities: Provision of live music & sale of alcohol on Saturday 3 August 2024 between 12.00 & 22.00 for Petts Wood Calling Charity Festival Under the above Act. This is a new application for the grant of a Premises Licence
All representations must be received within 28 days after the date of application. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing, stating the grounds of objection, to: Licensing, London Borough of Bromley, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH. Representations may also be sent via email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours by an appointment; or viewed on the Council's website: www.bromley.gov.uk - search applications. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary of conviction is currently unlimited.
