The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and 9.00 am to 4.45 pm on Fridays, except bank holidays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for each a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
