What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Six by Nico (Holdings) Limited has applied to Bristol City Council for a premises licence to be known as Six by Nico at Unit SU9-SU10 Cabots Circus, Bristol BS1 3BX as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol, live and recorded music between the hours of 10:00 and midnight daily plus 30 minutes opening. To permit Late-Night Refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 00:30 daily.

Full details of the application may be inspected by contacting Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG. The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk Relevant persons and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 30 May 2024. Such representation shall be made in writing to Licensing Team (100TS) PO BOX 3399 Bristol BS1 9NE or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
