LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE OR CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Notice is hereby given that (1) "The Gilbertine Kitchen" Applied to Cotswold District Council to use the premises at (2) "61 Long Street, Cirencester, GL8 8AA"

With the proposal to licence these premises For serving alcohol in the designated seating areas, between the hours of 9am-10pm (Monday - Sunday)

Representations must be made IN WRITING between 16/04/2024 and 14/05/2024.

Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives: prevention of crime and disorder; public safety; prevention of public nuisance; and protection of children from harm.
