Notice is hereby given that S. DRY has applied in respect of Hedingham Castle, Bayley Street, Castle Hedingham, Essex CO9 3DJ for the Variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003, to allow for increased capacity for outdoor summer events including outdoor cinema.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 24/05/2024 to the Licensing Officer, Braintree District Council, Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, Essex CM7 9HB, where applications can be inspected during office hours.

It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
