What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that TEG Venues UK Limited has applied to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as XOYO Birmingham, 29 Lower Trinity Street, Birmingham, B9 4AG.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for regulated entertainment (to include plays, films, indoor sporting events, boxing or wrestling and performances of dance) Sunday to Wednesday 10:00 to 02:00 the following morning and Thursday to Saturday 10:00 to 03:00 the following morning.
The provision for regulated entertainment (to include recorded music) and the sale of alcohol on & off the premises Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 03:00 the following morning.
The provision for regulated entertainment (to include live music) Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:00.
Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning.
Anything of a similar description to plays, films, recorded music and performances of dance, Monday to Wednesday 10:00 to 02:00 the following morning and Thursday to Sunday 10:00 to 03:00 the following morning.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, Birmingham City Council, P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ, or by email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk, no later than 27 May 2024 stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Birmingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected on the council’s website – www.birmingham.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
