What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that TEG Venues UK Limited has applied to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as 27 Lower Trinity Street, Birmingham, B9 4AG.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for regulated entertainment (to include plays, films, indoor sporting events, boxing or wrestling, performances of dance and anything of a similar description) Sunday to Wednesday 10:00 to 02:00 the following morning and Thursday to Saturday 10:00 to 03:00 the following morning. The provision for regulated entertainment (to include recorded music) Sunday to Wednesday 10:00 to Midnight and Thursday to Saturday 10:00 to 03:00 the following morning. The provision for regulated entertainment (to include live music) Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:00. The sale of alcohol on & off the premises Sunday to Wednesday 10:00 to 23:30 and Thursday to Saturday 10:00 to 02:30 the following morning. Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Wednesday 23:00 to 02:00 the following morning and Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning.

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, Birmingham City Council, P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ, or by email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk, no later than 27 May 2024 stating the grounds for objection.

The register of Birmingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected on the council’s website – www.birmingham.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
