NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice has been given that I, ELVIS NDOCI have applied on the 03/05/2024 to Ealing Council for a new premises licence for THE PIADINA PLACE, 15 BOND STREET, EALING, W5 5AP to allow the supply of alcohol on the premises between the hours of 11:00 - 21:30 Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 - 22:30 Friday - Saturday.
The Council’s licensing register can be accessed online by visiting http://www.ealing.gov.uk/info/200063/licences_and_street_ trading. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL. Tel: 020 8825 6655. Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licencing Authority by 31st May 2024.
Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives. 1. Prevention of crime and disorder, 2. Public safety, 3. Prevention of public nuisance, 4. Protection of children from harm.
Anonymous representations cannot be accepted.
Copies of representations will be sent to the applicant and will be included in reports to the licensing sub-committee and therefore will pass into the public domain.
It is an offense liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (£5,000) on the standard scale under section158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
