Licensing Act 2003 - Application for the variation of Premises Licence

An application to vary the Premises Licence at: Westerham Wine, 17 Market Square,Westerham, Kent TN16 1AN has been made by: Westerham Wine Ltd.

A summary of the proposed licensable activities and the proposed hours of opening: To add Live and Recorded Music from 23:00 to 01:00 hours on Fridays and Saturdays and on New Years Eve from 23:00 hours to 02:00 hours the following day.

To add Sale of Alcohol from 23:00 to 01:00 hours on Fridays and Saturdays. To add late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 01:00 hours on Fridays and Saturdays and on New Years Eve from 23:00 hours to 02:00 hours the following day.
