Notice is hereby given that on the 30th April 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Three Arches, 654 Preston Old Road, Feniscowles, Blackburn BB2 5EP.

The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;-Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn BB1 2LX or by email to licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk no later than the 28th May 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address (by prior appointment made on 01254 267666) between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friay or on the Council’s website www.blackburn.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
