What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Big Mamma Holdings Ltd has applied to Manchester City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Big Mamma, Unit 1 Ground and First Floor, 36 Jacksons Row, St Michael’s Development, Manchester, M2 5WD.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Regulated Entertainment in the form of Live Music and Recorded Music from 08:00 until 03:00 Mondays to Saturdays and 08:00 until 01:00 Sundays. Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 03:00 Mondays to Saturdays and 23:00 until 01:00 Sundays. The sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) from 08:00 until 03:00 Mondays to Saturdays and 08:00 until 01:00 Sundays. Opening Hours of the premises are 08:00 until 03:30 Mondays to Saturdays and 08:00 until 01:30 Sundays.
Any representations regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Unit (Premises), Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, PO Box 532, Manchester, M60 2LA no later than 27th May 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Manchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.manchester.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
