Notice of application for grant of premises licence.

TAKE NOTICE that I/We Rotorarena Ltd have applied to  Kirklees Council under the licencing act 2003 forn the grant  of a premises licence in respect of premises at 57 King  street Huddersfield HD1 2PZ for regulated entertainment  retail sale of alcohol and late night refreshment from 9am til  3 am the following morning.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make  representations regarding the application where they  believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of  the 4 licencing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the  licencing office, Riverbank Court , Wakefield Road, Aspley  HD5 9AA or by email at licencing@kirklees.gov.uk by 1st  June 2024.

Persons wishing to inspect the licencing register may do  so at the above address during normal office hours or  online at http://licencing.kirklees.gov.uk/protected/wca/ publicRegisterLicactPremisesLevel1.jsp.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly  make a false statement in connection with an  application and on summary conviction would  be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000
