PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE CERTIFICATE
APPLICATION HAS TODAY BEEN MADE TO THE COUNCIL FOR THE ABOVE LICENCE/CERTIFICATE BY Notice is hereby given that on 28th April 2024 Le Sorelle applies to Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a premises license at 5 Pickford Street, Milnsbridge, HD3 4LH FOR: The proposed licensable activities are the sale of alcohol by retail from the hours of 10:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Office or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 28th May 2024
Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000
