NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Martham Sports & Social Club has applied to Great Yarmouth Borough Council to vary an existing club premises certificate in respect of Martham Sports and Social Club, Playing Field Lane, Martham, Great Yarmouth.

The proposed variation is make application for the following club activities to be carried on or from the premises: Extending current club activity hours -

Live music (indoors) 11.00 to 24.00 each day, New Years Eve finish at 01.00.

Recorded music (indoors) 11.00 to 01.00 each day, Dance 11.00 to 24.00 each day.

Supply of alcohol 11.00 to 01.00 each day, New Years Eve finish at 04.00.

The Council's Licensing Register, together with details of this application, may be inspected at the Town Hall, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2QF during usual office hours (www.great-yarmouth.gov.uk).

Representations concerning this application, which must be in writing, can be made to The Licensing Team, Town Hall, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2QF (licensing@great-yarmouth.gov.uk) within a period of 28 days starting on the day after the day on which the application was given to the Council. This period will expire on 22 May 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is £5000.
