What is proposed?

 Section 17, Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given by Yingpeng Yan, that on the 29th April 2024 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a premises licence. 

The application is in respect of Tasty Garden, Vine Cottage, Carmarthen Road, Kilgetty, SA68 0XU and can be inspected between 10 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangements. 

The application relates to the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises. 

Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to Mrs Susan Jones, Senior Licensing Officer, Licensing Department, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP. Those representations must be made in writing by 27th May 2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003. 

It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale .
