What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE – LICENSING ACT 2003

Take notice that ANTHONY SAGAR has applied to Burnley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as BURNLEY FOOTBALL CLUB
The proposed application is as follows: -
PERFORMANCE OF LIVE BOXING & LIVE WRESTLING EVENTS MON-SUN 10AM-2AM.

An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to The Principal Licensing Officer, Burnley Borough Council Licensing Unit, 1st Floor Parker Lane, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 2DT or by email to licensing@burnley.gov.uk by 22nd May 2024
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
