LICENSING ACT 2003

We KP Cambridge Limited hereby give notice that we have applied on May 2nd 2024 to Cambridge City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Newmarket Road Store of 529a Newmarket Road, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire CB5 8PA

The application is for:

Sale of Alcohol, off sales only. Monday through Saturday 08:00 to 22:30 hours. Sundays 09:00 to 21:30 hours.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should do so, in writing by May 30th, 2024 to:

All representations will be published in full, unless you advise that you wish your personal data to be removed prior to publication on the Cambridge City Council website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
