NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Fika Catering Co Ltd has applied to Tower Hamlets on 25th April 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Suite G.01 2 Harbour Exchange Square E14 9GE for the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Thursday 23:00 - 23:30, Friday and Saturday 23:00 - 00:00, the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 23:30, Friday and Saturday 08:00 - 00:00 and Sunday 08:00 - 22:30, as more particularly set out In the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation In relation to misapplication must give notice In writing to: licensing@toweriiamlets.gov.uk to be received by no later than 23rd May 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
