What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17) Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Walsall Council on 26 April 2024 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, (Former Wilko), Unit 2, Market Place, High Street, Bloxwich, Walsall WS3 2JH to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Unit, Walsall Council, Civic Centre, Walsall, WS1 1TP. 

Representations must be received no later than: 24 May 2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
