Grant of Premises Licence

We, B & P Cafe Bars (NW) Limited, HEREBY GIVE
NOTICE that an application has been submitted to
Preston City Council for a Premises Licence in
relation to Perfect 10’s, 10 Lune Street, Preston,
PR1 2NL, a brief description of the nature of the
proposed licence being as follows: • All form of
regulated entertainment & sales of alcohol –
Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 04:30 • Opening times
– Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 05:00.
Any interested party or responsible authority may
make representations in connection with the
application. Any such representations must be
made in writing and made by no later than 22nd
May 2024 to Preston City Council Licensing, Town
Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston PR1 2RL W: www.
preston.gov.uk. Note: It is an offence to knowingly
or recklessly make a false statement in connection
with an application. A person is liable to an
unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
