Application for a Premises Licence

An application has been made by The Crown Estate
Commissioners for a premises licence at Unit L8
West Terrace, Rushden Lakes NN10 6FT. The
application provides for the supply of alcohol and
regulated entertainment from 11.00 to 00.00
Sunday to Thursday and 11.00 to 01.00 Friday and
Saturday.

by 22nd May 2024. The application may be viewed
on the councils’ licensing register at www.
northnorthants.gov.uk or by appointment at the
above offices. To attend the offices please email:
licensingunit.ENC@northnorthants.gov.uk.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly
make a false statement in connection with a
licensing application. The maximum fine on
conviction is unlimited
