What is proposed?

Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given that Mr Asad Al-Hariri has applied to the Leeds City Council for a new premises licence for Briggate Convenience Store, 164 Briggate, Leeds, LS1 6LY to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 08.00 until 05.00 the following day all week. (Home deliveries only after 23.00 daily).
The address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected during normal business hours is Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR or on the Council's website: leeds.gov.uk Email: entertainment. licensing@leeds.gov.uk Representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by 24th May 2024 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
