Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the premises licence at Co-operative, 10 High Street, North Ferriby HU14 3JP to change the times when alcohol may be sold for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday from 08:00-22:00 to 07:00-23:00 and to remove all current conditions and add new conditions. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so in writing to Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Public Protection Department, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire HU17 9BA Or by Email to licensing@eastriding.gov.uk by 27 May 2024. The Application may be viewed during opening hours at the address below or www2.eastriding.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
