What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence

Mountain Warlock Brewing Ltd, 4 Otwell Close, Abingdon, OX14 2QR has applied to VoWH Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed licensable activity is sale by retail of alcohol at the following times: Picking of alcohol for delivery only to be permitted between the hours of 0700-0800 and 1700-2000 on weekdays, and 1700-2000 on Sundays.

Consumption on the premises, by invitation only, limited to 9 attendees between 1800-2200 on either a Friday or a Saturday, or within 1 day of a UK public holiday, a maximum of twice per month.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing by 21/05/2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application

and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
