What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that Chris Hayter Transport Limited has applied in respect of Unit 12, Tungsten Park, Off Colletts Way, Witney, OX29 0AX for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Opening Hours & Sales of alcohol (off sales) 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 30 May 2024, to the West Oxfordshire District Council Licensing Authority at Environmental and Regulatory Services, Council Offices, Woodgreen, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 1NB where the register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment and/or by contacting ers.licensing@publicagroup.uk.
It is on offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to on unlimited fine.
